Chad S. Kendall has led the growth of the True Reach Group from a one-client startup into a trusted partner serving many of the nation’s leading MSOs. His integrity, vision, and commitment to results have made True Reach a benchmark for performance, reliability, and client trust in the field retention industry.
Before joining True Reach, Chad oversaw field operations and customer retention for Adelphia Communications’ Southeast Region. In 2000, he was recruited by the True Reach family—then RCH—to launch an innovative turnkey retention program that redefined how the industry approaches customer relationships and service excellence.
Today, True Reach continues to thrive under Chad’s guidance, earning recognition for its innovation, dependability, and long-standing client partnerships.
Doug Bennett has been a driving force behind the company’s operational foundation and growth. His leadership in building high-performing teams and optimizing internal processes has enabled efficient, scalable expansion. With a focus on precision and continuous improvement, Doug has played a key role in shaping the company’s ongoing success.
Prior to joining the True Reach family in 2004 Doug spent 22 years with Adelphia Communications and its predecessors in their Southeastern Florida markets. Doug served in several technical operations and engineering leadership roles before holding the position of Area General Manager for more than a decade.
Caterina McIntyre plays a pivotal role in driving the True Reach Group’s growth and success. She has been instrumental in building and strengthening partnerships with leading MSOs, expanding the company’s reach and revenue while positioning True Reach as a trusted industry leader.
Elvin Peña joined True Reach Group in 2018 through its acquisition of Makotek and has been a driving force behind the success of the company’s field retention programs ever since. As Vice President of Field Operations, he leads initiatives that promote operational excellence and consistent performance across multiple markets.
Michael Shannon oversees day-to-day operations for several of True Reach Group’s national clients, leading teams and driving strong performance across retention, installation, and sales programs. Since joining True Reach (then RCH) in 2010, he’s been instrumental in expanding client partnerships and strengthening the company’s reputation for dependable results.
